Shipping is free for orders to U.S. destinations that are placed on our website by midnight July 11th, 2018.

After July 11th, a shipping charge of $5.00 per jar is added to cover first class postage to U.S. destinations.

International Shipping Charges:

Regardless of the order date, the following postage charges will apply to each jar shipped outside of the U.S.:

  • Canada $18
  • All other countries $28
  • APO/FPO military addresses $5.00


All orders that qualified for free shipping are delivered by bulk mail.

Orders that do not qualify for free shipping are delivered by first class mail within the U.S. and by airmail to international destinations.

Orders of 8 or more jars to a single mailing address are delivered by UPS Ground.


Bulk mail

The shipment date for orders addressed to all U.S. states excluding nine Southeastern states* is August 17th.

Shipment date for orders addressed to nine Southeastern states* is August 22nd.

* Southeastern states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia

First class mail

Orders placed by August 15th, are guaranteed to arrive in time for the holiday.


The shipment date for orders to international destinations, except Canada, is August 3rd. Orders going to Canada will be shipped on August 17th. International orders placed after these dates will be shipped as soon as possible.


All orders are shipped from Atlanta, GA.

Bulk mail delivery time can range from a few days to as much as 3 weeks, generally depending on the distance from Atlanta.

First class mail delivery is typically within a week of shipping.

Air mail delivery can take from 1 to 4 weeks after shipping.

We will accept orders through the holidays but orders placed after August 15th may not arrive before Rosh Hashanah.

Honey received on or before September 9th, 2018 is considered ON TIME. If a shipment is lost or delayed, we will be happy to assist you after Rosh Hashanah. If your order was placed on or before August 15th and does not arrive on time, please notify your organization’s honey chairperson as soon as possible. We will offer to re-ship the honey along with a letter of apology, via first class mail (to U.S. destinations only). We will reship missing orders if we are notified within 60 days of Rosh Hashanah.
