Returns

Return/Refund policy:

Because our honey is sold as a fundraiser, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. However, we will gladly re-ship any item that is determined to be lost or defective.

Honey received by Erev Rosh Hashanah (September 20th, 2017) is considered to be ON TIME, so please wait until after the holiday to report missing orders. If honey does not arrive on time, please notify your organization’s honey sale chairperson as soon as possible. We will offer to re-ship the honey along with a letter of apology via first class mail (to U.S. destinations only). We will reship missing orders if we are notified within 60 days of Rosh Hashanah.
