Our goal is for all honey to be received in time for Erev Rosh Hashanah (September 25th). Some shipments may arrive earlier than desired, but we feel this is less of an issue than late delivery.

Bulk mail (Free shipping)

Free shipping orders are scheduled to ship by region as follows:

  • West Coast: August 30th (These states are expected to take the longest for delivery.)
  • Central U.S.: September 1st
  • East Coast: September 6th
  • Southeastern U.S.: September 8th

First class mail

Orders with shipping charges applied, going to domestic addresses, and checked out on our website through September 1st are scheduled to be shipped on September 12th and are guaranteed to arrive in time for Rosh Hashanah.

The shipment date for orders to all international destinations is August 25th. International orders placed after these dates will be shipped as soon as possible.

All orders are shipped from Atlanta, GA.

  • Bulk mail delivery time can range from a few days to as much as 3 weeks, generally depending on the distance from Atlanta.
  • First class mail delivery is typically within a week of shipping.
  • Airmail delivery can take from 1 to 4 weeks after shipping.

While we will accept orders through the holidays, we cannot guarantee that orders placed after September 1st will arrive before Rosh Hashanah.

Honey received on or before September 24, 2022 (the last day for mail delivery before Erev Rosh Hashanah) is considered ON TIME.

We guarantee delivery by Rosh Hashanah for all orders sent to valid domestic addresses that were placed on our website through September 1st. We will ship another jar to the same address, along with a letter of apology, at no cost to you if we are notified of the missing shipment within 60 days of Rosh Hashanah.

On time delivery cannot be guaranteed for orders:

  • Sent to a rejected mailing address
  • Placed after September 1st
  • Shipped outside of the U.S.

Reporting a late shipment:

  1. We ask that you contact the recipient after their mail delivery on September 24 to confirm that the package did not arrive. (The absence of a thank you is not sufficient.)
  2. Please wait until after Rosh Hashanah to report a missing shipment — Honey From The Heart’s team will also be observing the holidays and will start handling reshipment requests September 28.
  3. Email your request for reshipment along with the order number and recipient’s name to
