On Time Delivery Guarantee

Honey is considered on time if it arrives on or before the start of Rosh Hashanah.

Honey From The Heart guarantees delivery by Rosh Hashanah for orders that were placed through our website 14 days before the holiday. If the package doesn’t arrive on time, we will send a free replacement to the same address, along with a letter of apology, if we are notified of the missing shipment withinn 30 days after Rosh Hashanah

On time delivery cannot be guaranteed for orders that were:

Sent to a rejected, incorrect, incomplete or outdated mailing address

Sent to an address with a temporary mail hold or forwarding request during the delivery period.

Placed less than 14 days before Rosh Hashanah

Please wait until after Rosh Hashanah to report a missing shipment — as the Honey From The Heart team observes the holiday. Reshipment requests will be reviewed once normal operations resume following the holiday.

How to Report a Missing Shipment:

Email your request for reshipment to support@orthoney.com. All requests must include:

Recipient’s name, mailing address and order number

The package hasn’t arrived

The address you provided was and still is correct

Recipients did not have a mail hold in place during the delivery window of 9/15–9/22.

Shipping Schedule

Our goal is for all honey to be received in time for Erev Rosh Hashanah. While some free shipping orders may arrive earlier than expected, we believe early delivery is preferable to late delivery.

Orders submitted at least two weeks before Rosh Hashanah are guaranteed to arrive by the holiday. Orders placed within the two weeks leading up to Rosh Hashanah will be processed promptly, but delivery by the holiday cannot be guaranteed.

Orders with free shipping are scheduled to ship by region as follows:

Orders with shipping charges that are checked out on our website through September 12, 2024 are scheduled to be shipped on September 20, 2024, and are guaranteed to arrive in time for Rosh Hashanah.
